FastER Care is the manifestation of one Dr.'s vision of how Emergency Medicine should be practiced.

Frustrated with long wait times, insufficient staffing and being bogged down by erroneous government regulations and protocols, Dr. Lecher envisioned a facility where affordable top-notch emergency care could be received. In June of 2005, that vision became a reality and FastER Care opened it's doors to the public.

Sumter's new 7,000 Sq. ft. stand alone Emergency Room, staffed with courteous, caring, highly trained personnel, FastER Care is here to meet all your emergency health care needs. Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine trained Physicians, ER trained Nurses and Technicians are on site during all operating hours. [Mon - Sat 7:45 AM to 7:30 PM; Sunday Noon - 5:30 PM] From the common cold to broken bones and even heart attacks and strokes, FastER Care is here for all of your needs with a wait time of 30 minutes or less.

We are fully equipped to handle most of your out patient testing needs! From lab work to x-rays, and even CT scans.

Laboratory and Radiology

Our lab facilities here at FastER Care are here to perform all of your testing needs. Everything from the common urinalysis to complex cardiac, chemistries and clotting tests are done on site and we can usually have your results in 30 minutes.

Radiology services are also available including X-ray and CT  with results sent right to your doctor. Ask your doctor about coming to FastER Care for all your out patient testing needs.
